THAI BBQ CHICKEN

THAI BBQ CHICKEN


Ingredient

* 500 grams of chicken thigh meat (drumsticks or thighs will take part as well).

* 4 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 teaspoon pepper

* 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

* 1 tablespoon honey

* 2 tbsp oyster sauce.

* 1 teaspoon salt

* Coconut milk (or milk) 1/2 cup.

* 2 tsp cayenne pepper

* Coriander leaves for garnishing


How to do it step by step

1. Mix all ingredients with the chicken. And marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours (if there is time left to ferment six hours to get a taste of the marinated chicken is even better).
