THAI FRIED MUSSELS WITH EGG



Ingredient

* Mussel 10-15 characters.

* 1 egg

* 2 tablespoons flour

* 1 tablespoon flour

* 1 tablespoon lime juice.

* 1 tablespoon minced garlic

* 1 tablespoon fish sauce

* 1/2 teaspoon sugar

* 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

* 1/2 cup bean sprouts

* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

* 1 tablespoon chopped onion.

* 3 tablespoons water

* vegetable oil

* Coriander leaves (for garnishing).


garnish dipping sauce

1/4 cup chili sauce

1/2 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons water


How to do it step by step

1. Wash the mussels in water. Then to blanching in boiling water until almost cooked. Brought out the drain Lamb prepared to shell out

2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, rice flour, lime juice and water together. Stir until all ingredients are melted and mixed well.

How to do dipping sauce

Mix dipping sauce garnish in a small pot. And set on low heat until boiling. Spoon into a bowl, then set aside.
