THAI SHRIMP CAKES


Ingredient

* 250 grams of medium shrimp (peeled, cleaned).

* 50 grams of lard

* 2 teaspoons sugar

* 3 tablespoons fish sauce

*2 tsp pepper

* 3 cups oil for frying

How to do it step by step
