THAI MONEY BAG



Ingredient

* Sheet dough for dumplings wrapped in sheets of 15.

* 100 grams of medium shrimp

   (Washed and peeled).

* 100g pork mince

* 1 tablespoon truffle (cut into small dices).

* Mushrooms, sliced, diced 1 Tbsp.

* 1/2 tablespoons sugar

* Coriander, finely chopped 1 tsp.

* 1 teaspoon minced garlic.

* 1 tablespoon fish sauce

* 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

* A tramp came

   (To blanching in hot water and cut into strips to tie the bag of gold).

* Water Jim sweet plum sauce.

* 3 cups oil for frying


How to do it step by step

1. In a large bowl, mix beef, shrimp, pork, mushrooms, water chestnuts, sugar, coriander, garlic, fish sauce and soy sauce together and knead by hand until all ingredients mixed well.

2. Remove the dough dumpling wrapped in hand. While the other hand, was mixture (in one) onto the dough sheet. Then wrap the mixture in a similar bag and tied with a bum Yeah. Wrap the dough out until the mixture and plate.

3. Heat oil in a saucepan and bring to medium heat. Wait until the oil is hot, add the bag of gold that enveloped it. Fry until crispy and cooked through, remove the drain.

4. The bag of gold into the dish. Served with sweet plum sauce Vegetables and side dishes (cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, etc.) suitable for food or snacks.
