STUFFED BITTER GOURD IN CLEAR SOUP


Ingredient

* Bitter two children

* 300g pork mince

* 1 tablespoon minced garlic.

* 2 chopped coriander root.

* 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

* Oyster sauce 2 tsp.

* 2 teaspoons sugar

* 3 shitake mushrooms (cut into pieces).

* Carrots, cut into pieces one child.

* Salt (to reduce the bitter gourd).

* 3 cups chicken stock (or water).

* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

* Coriander leaves (for garnishing).


How to do it step by step
