THAI RED BBQ PORK WITH RICE


Ingredient

* 800 grams of pork

   (Cut into strips 8 inches long, 1.5 inches thick).

* Chinese cooking wine 2 tbsp.

* 2 tablespoons sesame oil

* 1 tablespoon sugar

* 1/2 tablespoon salt

* 1 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce.

* 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

* 3 tablespoons tomato sauce.

* 2 eggs (peeled and chopped).

* 1/4 cup tapioca flour (mixed with water to dissolve prepared).

* Coriander leaves (for garnishing).

* Fresh vegetables (cucumber slices, red onion and more).


How to do it step by step

1. Clean pork Then drain them dry. Marinated pork with Chinese rice wine, sesame oil, sugar, salt, black soy sauce, soy sauce, and tomato sauce. Stir until all ingredients well and marinate for 2-3 hours.

2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Marinate the pork (and fermentation) into the pan periodically for about 5-10 minutes.

3. Remove the pork from the oven and put in the oven over medium heat for about 30 minutes.

4. Remove the pork from the oven and cut into thin slices and served on a plate bite them.

5. How to make gravy Pork: oil in a pan with medium heat. Add water to one cup water and marinate the pork in the pan from the second stage. Wait until boiling Then add water to flour. People continue to keep the powder agglomeration. Stir until all ingredients are well off.
