THAI STEAMED EGG

THAI STEAMED EGG


Ingredient

* Chicken eggs or duck eggs, four eggs.

* 1/2 cup tomatoes (cut into cubes).

* Soy sauce (or sauce) 1 tbsp.

* 2 cups broth (or water).

* 1 tablespoon onion.

* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

* 1 teaspoon garlic (optional).

* Coriander leaves (for garnishing).


How to do it step by step

1. egg medium bowl. (Bowl should be heat resistant) beaten egg yolk and mix well. Then add the broth (Or water), tomato, pepper and soy sauce until all ingredients well.

2. Heat water in a pot and bring to a boil. Wait until it boils eggs prepared to put in the autoclave. Then the lights dimmed slightly Steamed for about 15 minutes until the egg is cooked.

3. Remove the tube from the autoclave. Garnish with green onion and cilantro. (And garlic) Serve immediately with steamed rice.
