THAI SPICY LIVER SALAD



Ingredient

* Liver pork (or beef liver) 200 g.

* 1 tablespoon rice

* 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

* 2 tablespoons lemon juice

* 1 tablespoon fish sauce

* 1 tablespoon onion.

* 1/2 cup mint leaves.

* Shallots four children


How to do it step by step

1. Wash the liver in clean water. Then cut into thin bite.

2. Boil water in a pot of boiling water until almost cooked, boiled, thus leading to the liver. Remove and drain and set aside.

3. In a medium bowl, add liver, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, onion, pepper, rice and roasted shallots until all ingredients well.

4. serving plate with mint leaves. Serve immediately with fresh vegetables (cabbage, cucumbers, etc.) will eat it as a side dish or snack.
