THAI VERMICELLI SALAD WITH PRAWN

Spicy Vermicelli is a menu favorite of many young people and is the most popular menu but the food salad. With bold flavors Sour and spicy fit together nicely. Yum noodle snack is fine, too. The trick is not tasty vermicelli boiled too long. Lines are sluggish and do not eat. With low carbohydrate Spicy Vermicelli is a weight control diet. Eat well


Ingredient

* 10 medium shrimp (peeled, cleaned).
* 100 grams of pork
* 20 grams of celery (cut length of about one inch).

* 20 g shallots

* 40 grams vermicelli
* 4 tablespoons fish sauce
* 1 tablespoon sugar

* 5 tablespoons lemon juice


How to do it step by step

1. Remove the pork chops and shrimp, lamb, then blanched in hot water until cooked. Drain and dry
