STEWED PORK AND EGG WITH FIVE SPICES


Ingredient

* 400 grams of lean pork (cut length 2 "thickness and 1").

*3 egg foam

* Coriander three early

* 3 tablespoons soy sauce.

* 1 tbsp dark soy sauce.

* 4 tablespoons sugar

* 1/2 tablespoon powdered Spices

3 cloves garlic, crushed *

* 1 teaspoon pepper seed

* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

* 3 cups water


* Coriander leaves for garnishing


How to do it step by step

1. Boil water in a pot until the water boils, add the eggs to boil until cooked. Peel the eggs come out prepared.

2. Heat oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the garlic and pepper and stir until fragrant. Add the pork and stir fry until almost cooked.

3. Spices powder, black soy sauce, soy sauce, boiled egg, sugar and water. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, then remove from heat.

4. Garnish with coriander dip bowl. Serve immediately with steamed rice
