STIR FRIED CLAMS WITH ROASTED CHILI PASTE |
Ingredient
* 450 g clams (washed).
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup basil leaves
* 2 tablespoons chili
* 4 seed peppers (cut into strips along the length).
* Garlic, minced 2 tsp.
* 1 tablespoon fish sauce
How to do it step by step
1. Heat the oil pan to medium heat and add the garlic and fry until golden.
2. Add the clams and stir until cooked. (When cooked clams Clamshell lid is opened out) seasoned with fish sauce, sugar, and chili paste.
3. Add basil and pepper Stir for about 10 seconds, then remove from heat and serve at the plate with steamed rice.
