SHRIMP IN DRIED RED CURRY


Ingredient

* Shrimp 8-10 (washed, peeled).
* 3 tablespoons red curry paste
* 1 tablespoon fish sauce
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 2 lime leaves, finely chopped leaves (divided up a little for garnish).
* 400 grams of milk
* 1 red pepper, cut lengthwise grain.
* Coriander leaves (for garnishing).
* vegetable oil


How to do it step by step

1. Heat oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add coconut milk and curry paste and stir. The curry with coconut milk together

2. Add the shrimp and stir Then add fish sauce and sugar.

3. Stir until shrimp is cooked well. Then add the Mau retreat and stir for another 1 minute, then remove from heat.

4. Spoon into cups, garnish with kaffir lime leaves, chilli and coriander. Serve immediately with steamed rice
