CHICKEN SATAY

Skewer the meat dishes and sliced bamboo skewer grilled on the fire originated from Indonesia. How to do it step by step

1. Cut chicken into pieces long and thin (approximately one inch width).

2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Then add the coconut milk and stir to combine.

3. Place chicken in marinade. And leave it for about 90 -120 minutes.

Aahad (for satay sauce)

* 125 ml vinegar

* 2 teaspoons red curry paste

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 2 tablespoons brown

* 1 cup coconut milk

* 1/2 cup hot water


* 1/4 cup crushed peanuts

How do bean sauce

1. Combine coconut milk and curry paste and mix well, season with sugar, salt, sweet, spicy.

2. Heat peanut down. And bring to a simmer over low heat.


3. Spoon into bowl Served with chicken satay (Or pork satay)
