THAI FISH CAKES |
Ingredient
* 500 grams of meat, fish, chopped or crushed.
* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup green beans (cut into thin slices).
* Lime leaves, finely chopped 3 tbsp.
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 tbsp red curry paste
* 3 cups oil for frying
Ingredients fry sauce
* 1 cup cucumber, cut into small pieces.
* Peanuts are roasted and then crushed 1/2 cup.
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup vinegar
How to do it step by step
1. Put all ingredients into a large bowl cakes. Knead by hand until all ingredients, mix well.
2. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of mixture and shape into a disc. (About 3 inches in diameter), agitate the mixture out. Then, then fry in oil at medium heat until cooked.
3. Serve the sauce with cucumbers.
How do fry sauce
1. Combine sugar and vinegar in a pot painted flags. And set on low heat.
