COCONUT MILK SOUP WITH CHICKEN |
Ingredient
* 3 pieces of chicken breast (cut into pieces).
* 2 cups coconut milk
* 1 cup chicken broth
* Midsize 2-3 pieces (peeled and sliced).
* Chilli, finely chopped 1 tbsp.
* 1 tablespoon fish sauce
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1/2 cup coriander leaves (for makeup).
How to do it step by step
1. Add coconut milk and chicken broth in a pot and bring to medium heat.
2. Boil for about eight minutes and stir occasionally.
3. Add chicken and pepper into the pot. Boil for about 6 minutes, until the chicken is cooked, good people.
4. Season with fish sauce and sugar. Then add the cilantro, then serve with steamed rice AFC.
