RED CURRY WITH ROASTED DUCK |
Ingredient
* 1 the roast duck (along with the bones, cut into pieces).
* 5 pineapple slices (cut into small bite).
* 4 kaffir lime leaves (chopped coarse).
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 2 1/2 cups coconut
* Tomatoes 8 small children
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 tablespoons fish sauce
* 1/2 cup water (or chicken broth).
* 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
* 3 tablespoons red curry paste
How to do it step by step
1. Set the pan of oil until hot. Add curry paste and stir Then add 3/4 cup coconut and stir well. (Coconut water in the wilderness, it's the next step) with spices, coconut and stir until well over.
2. Add the sliced duck already. And people take over Then pour the mixture move to a bigger pot. Bring a large pot to a boil and add the remaining coconut, water (or chicken broth), tomato, pineapple, lime leaves, sugar, salt and fish sauce.
3. The ingredients in the pot together. And wait until boiling, then remove from heat. And Serve the dip bowl with steamed rice.
